The ultimate and last prophecy of this world is fulfilled when God dwells on earth.

And where there is no punishment, there is no condemnation;

And where there is no condemnation, the mercies of the Holy One of Israel hath claim upon them because of the atonement,
And now behold, my brethren, ye know that these commandments were given to our father Lehi; Wherefore, ye have known them before; And ye have come unto great condemnation, for ye have done these things which ye ought not to have done.
"And if ye judge the man who putteth up his petition to you for your substance, that he perish not, and condemn him, How much more just will be your condemnation for withholding your substance which doth not belong to you, but to God to whom also your life belongeth?
"And now, if ye say this in your hearts, ye remain guiltless, Otherwise, ye are condemned and your condemnation is just, for ye covet that which ye have not received.
And ye shall also forgive one another your trespasses, For verily I say unto you, he that forgiveth not his neighbor's trespasses when he saith that he repenteth, the same hath brought himself under condemnation.
And even so doth every man that is cursed bringeth upon himself his own condemnation.
Ye do not understand; Ye say that I have spoken against your law, but I have not; But I have spoken in favor of your law, to your condemnation.
For behold, I have somewhat to say unto them by the way of condemnation. "For behold, ye yourselves know that ye have been appointed to gather together men, And arm them with swords and with scimitars and all manner of weapons of war of every kind, And send forth against the Lamanites in whatsoever parts they should come into our land.
"And behold, it is to your condemnation; For the Lord suffereth the righteous to be slain that His justice and judgment may come upon the wicked; Therefore, ye need not suppose that the righteous are lost because they are slain; But behold, they do enter into the rest of the Lord their God.
"Therefore, repent ye, repent ye! Lest by knowing these things and not doing them, ye shall suffer yourselves to come under condemnation and ye are brought down unto this second death.
And this to the intent that whosoever will believe, might be saved, And that whosoever will not believe, a righteous judgment might come upon them; And also, if they are condemned, they bring upon themselves their own condemnation.
3 Nephi 3:27
Now there was no lawyer nor judge nor high priest that could have power to condemn anyone to death, save their condemnation was signed by the governor of the land;
3 Nephi 8:66
"Therefore, keep these sayings which I have commanded you, that ye come not under condemnation, For wo unto him whom the Father condemneth!
3 Nephi 12:4
And if it so be that they will not believe these things, Then shall the greater things be withheld from them unto their condemnation.
For the power of redemption cometh on all they that have no law; Wherefore, he that is not condemned, or he that is under no condemnation, cannot repent, And unto such baptism availeth nothing;
"Behold, my son, this thing had not ought to be! For repentance is unto them that are under condemnation and under the curse of a broken law;
"And now my beloved son, notwithstanding their hardness, let us labor diligently; For if we should cease to labor, we should be brought under condemnation; For we have a labor to perform whilst in this tabernacle of clay, that we may conquer the enemy of all righteous- ness and rest our souls in the kingdom of God.
