The ultimate and last prophecy of this world is fulfilled when God dwells on earth.

And now behold, I tell you by the spirit of prophecy that if ye trangress the commandments of God, Behold, these things which are sacred shall be taken away from you by the power of God, And ye shall be delivered up unto Satan that he may sift you as chaff before the wind;
For behold, the Spirit of the Lord hath already ceased to strive with their fathers, And they are without Christ and God in the world, And they are driven about as chaff before the wind.
But now behold, they are led about by Satan, even as chaff is driven before the wind, or as a vessel is tossed about upon the waves without sail or anchor or without anything wherewith to steer her; And even as she is, so are they.
And it came to pass that the Lord God caused that there should a furious wind blow upon the face of the waters toward the Promised Land; And thus they were tossed upon the waves of the sea before the wind.
And it came to pass that they were many times buried in the depths of the sea because of the mountain waves which broke upon them, And also the great and terrible tempests which were caused by the fierceness of the wind.
And it came to pass that the wind did never cease to blow toward the Promised Land while they were upon the waters; And thus they were driven forth before the wind;
