1 Nephi 3:15 And after that they had slain the Messiah which should come, And after that He had been slain, He should rise from the dead and should make Himself manifest by the Holy Ghost unto the Gentiles.
1 Nephi 5:46 And they did murmur against my father because that he had brought them out of the Land of Jerusalem, saying: "Our father is dead, yea, and we have wandered much in the wilderness, And we have suffered much affliction, hunger, thirst and fatigue; And after all these sufferings we must perish in the wilderness with hunger."

Mosiah 9:120 And it came to pass that they found the king of the Lamanites among the number of their dead, Yet he was not dead, having been wounded and left upon the ground, so speedy was the flight of his people;

Alma 13:13 Now Aaron began to open the scripture unto them concerning the coming of Christ, and also concerning the resurrection of the dead, And that there could be no redemption for mankind save it were through the death and sufferings of Christ and the atonement of His blood.

Alma 19:28 Now my son, here is somewhat more I would say unto thee, For I perceive that thy mind is worried concerning the resurrection of the dead;

Alma 19:39 Therefore, there is a time appointed unto men that they shall rise from the dead, And there is a space between the time of death and the resurrection.
Alma 19:50 And behold, again it hath been spoken that there is a first resurrection - A resurrection of all those which have been, or which are, or which shall be, down to the resurrection of Christ from the dead.
Alma 19:56 But whether it be at His resurrection, or after, I do not say. But this much I say - that there is a space between death and the resurrection of the body, and a state of the soul in happiness or in misery, Until the time which is appointed of God that the dead shall come forth and be reunited, both soul and body, And be brought to stand before God and be judged according to their works.
Alma 19:92 And now remember, my son, if it were not for the plan of redemption - laying it aside - As soon as they were dead, their souls were miserable, being cut off from the presence of the Lord.
Alma 19:105 But God ceaseth not to be God, And mercy claimeth the penitent, And mercy cometh because of the atonement; And the atonement bringeth to pass the resurrection of the dead, And the resurrection of the dead bringeth back men into the presence of God.

Helaman 5:69 Yea, it behooveth Him and becometh expedient that He dieth to bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, That thereby men may be brought into the presence of the Lord;
Helaman 5:70 Yea, behold, this death bringeth to pass the resurrection and redeemeth all mankind from the first death - that spiritual death, For all mankind - by the fall of Adam, being cut off from the presence of the Lord - are considered as dead, both as to things temporal and to things spiritual.
Helaman 5:76 And there shall be no light upon the face of the land, even from the time that He shall suffer death, for the space of three days, to the time that He shall rise again from the dead.
Helaman 5:80 And many highways shall be broken up, And many cities shall become desolate, And many graves shall be opened and shall yield up many of their dead; And many saints shall appear unto many.
3 Nephi 1:18 And there were many which had not believed the words of the prophets fell to the earth and became as if they were dead, For they knew that the great plan of destruction which they had laid for those who had believed in the words of the prophets had been frustrated, for the sign which had been given was already at hand; And they began to know that the Son of God must shortly appear.

That they may cause to be felled to the earth all who shall seek to slay them because of power and secret combinations, even as this man hath been felled to the earth."
3 Nephi 3:60 And in the name of Jesus did he cast out devils and unclean spirits; And even his brother did he raise from the dead after he had been stoned and suffered death by the people;
3 Nephi 9:4 And it came to pass that on the morrow when the multitude was gathered together, Behold, Nephi and his brother whom he had raised from the dead, whose name was Timothy, and also his son, whose name was Jonas, and also Mathoni and Mathonihah, his brother, and Kumen and Kumenonhi and Jeremiah and Shemnon and Jonas and Zedekiah and Isaiah - Now these were the names of the disciples whom Jesus had chosen -
3 Nephi 10:36 "Verily I say unto you, I commanded My servant Samuel the Lamanite that he should testify unto this people, That at the day that the Father should glorify His name in Me, That there were many saints which should arise from the dead and should appear unto many and should minister unto them."
3 Nephi 12:8 And it came to pass that after He had ascended into heaven the second time that He showed Himself unto them, And gone unto the Father after having healed all their sick and their lame, And opened the eyes of the blind, And unstopped the ears of the deaf, And even had done all manner of cures among them, And raised a man from the dead, And had shown forth His power unto them, And had ascended unto the Father-
4 Nephi 1:6 And there were great and marvelous works wrought by the disciples of Jesus, Insomuch that they did heal the sick, and raise the dead, and cause the lame to walk, and the blind to receive their sight, and the deaf to hear;
Mormon 1:73 And we did beat them again and did slay a great number of them, And their dead were cast into the sea.

Moroni 8:27 But it is mockery before God! denying the mercies of Christ and the power of His Holy Spirit and putting trust in dead works.
Moroni 10:22 And I exhort you to remember these things! For the time speedily cometh that ye shall know that I lie not, For ye shall see me at the bar of God, And the Lord God will say unto you: "Did I not declare My words unto you which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead?
Moroni 10:31 And now, I bid unto all, farewell; I soon go to rest in the paradise of God until my spirit and body shall again reunite, And I am brought forth triumphant through the air to meet you before the pleasing bar of the great Jehovah, the Eternal Judge of both quick and dead. Amen.
