1 Nephi 1:1 I, Nephi, having been born of goodly parents, therefore, I was taught somewhat in all the learning of my father, And having seen many afflictions in the course of my days, nevertheless, having been highly favored of the Lord in all my days, Yea, having had a great knowledge of the goodness and the mysteries of God, Therefore, I make a record of my proceedings in my days; Yea, I make a record in the language of my father, which consists of the learning of the Jews, and the language of the Egyptians;

1 Nephi 1:3 For it came to pass in the commencement of the first year of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah, my father Lehi having dwelt at Jerusalem in all his days, And in that same year there came many prophets prophesying unto the people that they must repent or that great City Jerusalem must be destroyed;

1 Nephi 1:4 Wherefore, it came to pass that my father Lehi, as he went forth, prayed unto the Lord, yea, even with all his heart, in behalf of his people.

1 Nephi 1:10 And the first came and stood before my father and gave unto him a book and bade him that he should read it.

1 Nephi 1:12 Yea, and many things did my father read concerning Jerusalem - that it should be destroyed, And the inhabitants thereof - many should perish by the sword, And many should be carried away captive into Babylon.

1 Nephi 1:13 And it came to pass that when my father had read and saw many great and marvelous things, he did exclaim many things unto the Lord, such as: "Great and marvelous are Thy works, O Lord God Almighty! Thy throne is high in the heavens! And Thy power and goodness and mercy are over all the inhabitants of the earth; And because Thou art merciful, Thou wilt not suffer those who come unto Thee, that they shall perish!"

1 Nephi 1:14 And after this manner was the language of my father in the praising of his God, For his soul did rejoice and his whole heart was filled because of the things which he had seen, yea, which the Lord had shown unto him.

1 Nephi 1:15 And now I, Nephi, do not make a full account of the things which my father hath written, For he hath written many things which he saw in visions and in dreams;

1 Nephi 1:17 Behold, I make an abridgment of the record of my father upon plates which I have made with mine own hands; Wherefore, after that I have abridged the record of my father, then will I make an account of mine own life.

1 Nephi 1:18 Therefore, I would that ye should know that after the Lord had shown so many marvelous things unto my father Lehi, yea, concerning the destruction of Jerusalem, Behold, he went forth among the people and began to prophesy and to declare unto them concerning the things which he had both seen and heard.

1 Nephi 1:24 For behold, it came to pass that the Lord spake unto my father, yea, even in a dream, and saith unto him: "Blessed art thou, Lehi, because of the things which thou hast done;

1 Nephi 1:26 And it came to pass that the Lord commanded my father, even in a dream, that he should take his family and depart into the wilderness.

1 Nephi 1:36 And when my father saw that the waters of the river emptied into the fountain of the Red Sea, he spake unto Laman, saying: "O that thou mightest be like unto this river, continually running into the fountain of all righteousness!"

1 Nephi 1:38 Now this he spake because of the stiff-neckedness of Laman and Lemuel, For behold, they did murmur in many things against their father because that he was a visionary man and that he had led them out of the Land of Jerusalem, To leave the land of their inheritance and their gold and their silver and their precious things and to perish in the wilderness;

1 Nephi 1:40 And thus Laman and Lemuel, being the eldest, did murmur against their father;

1 Nephi 1:43 And they were like unto the Jews which were at Jerusalem which sought to take away the life of my father.

1 Nephi 1:44 And it came to pass that my father did speak unto them in the Valley of Lemuel with power, Being filled with the Spirit until their frames did shake before him;

1 Nephi 1:46 And my father dwelt in a tent.

1 Nephi 1:48 Wherefore, I cried unto the Lord; And behold, He did visit me and did soften my heart, that I did believe all the words which had been spoken by my father; Wherefore, I did not rebel against him like unto my brothers;

1 Nephi 1:59 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, returned from speaking with the Lord to the tent of my father.

1 Nephi 1:65 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: "I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, For I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men save He shall prepare a way for them, that they may accomplish the thing which He commandeth them."

1 Nephi 1:66 And it came to pass that when my father had heard these words, he was exceeding glad, for he knew that I had been blessed of the Lord;

1 Nephi 1:70 And he desired of Laban the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass which contained the genealogy of my father.

1 Nephi 1:74 And we began to be exceeding sorrowful; And my brethren were about to return unto my father in the wilderness,

1 Nephi 1:75 But behold, I said unto them that, "As the Lord liveth and as we live, we will not go down unto our father in the wilderness until we have accomplished the thing which the Lord hath commanded us;

1 Nephi 1:80 Wherefore, if my father should dwell in the land after that he hath been commanded to flee out of the land, behold, he would also perish;

1 Nephi 1:91 And it came to pass that Laman was angry with me, and also with my father; And also was Lemuel, for he hearkened unto the words of Laman;

1 Nephi 1:139 Therefore, if thou wilt go down into the wilderness to my father, thou shalt have place with us."

1 Nephi 1:141 Now Zoram was the name of the servant, And he promised that he would go down into the wilderness unto our father;

1 Nephi 1:145 And it came to pass that we took the plates of brass and the servant of Laban and departed into the wilderness and journeyed unto the tent of our father.

1 Nephi 1:146 And it came to pass that after we had come down into the wilderness unto our father, behold, he was filled with joy; And also my mother Sariah was exceeding glad, for she truly had mourned because of us, For she had supposed that we had perished in the wilderness.

1 Nephi 1:147 And she also had complained against my father, telling him that he was a visionary man, saying: "Behold, thou hast led us forth from the land of our inheritance, And my sons are no more and we perish in the wilderness."

1 Nephi 1:148 And after this manner of language had my mother complained against my father.

1 Nephi 1:149 And it had come to pass that my father spake unto her, saying: "I know that I am a visionary man, For if I had not seen the things of God in a vision, I should not have known the goodness of God, but had tarried at Jerusalem and had perished with my brethren.

1 Nephi 1:152 And after this manner of language did my father Lehi comfort my mother Sariah concerning us while we journeyed in the wilderness up to the Land of Jerusalem to obtain the record of the Jews.

1 Nephi 1:153 And when we had returned to the tent of my father, behold, their joy was full and my mother was comforted.

1 Nephi 1:158 And after that they had given thanks unto the God of Israel, my father Lehi took the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass and he did search them from the beginning;

1 Nephi 1:164 And it came to pass that my father Lehi also found upon the plates of brass a genealogy of his fathers;

1 Nephi 1:165 Wherefore, he knew that he was a descendant of Joseph, Yea, even that Joseph which was the son of Jacob which was sold into Egypt and which was preserved by the hand of the Lord, that he might preserve his father Jacob and all his household from perishing with famine;

1 Nephi 1:167 And thus my father Lehi did discover the genealogy of his fathers;

1 Nephi 1:169 And now when my father saw all these things, he was filled with the Spirit and began to prophesy concerning his seed, That these plates of brass should go forth unto all nations, kindreds and tongues and people which were of his seed;

1 Nephi 1:172 And it came to pass that thus far I and my father had kept the commandments wherewith the Lord had commanded us,

1 Nephi 2:1 And now I, Nephi, do not give the genealogy of my fathers in this part of my record, Neither at any time shall I give it after upon these plates which I am writing, for it is given in the record which has been kept by my father; Wherefore, I do not write it in this work,

1 Nephi 2:3 And it mattereth not to me that I am particular to give a full account of all the things of my father, for they cannot be written upon these plates, for I desire the room that I may write of the things of God,

1 Nephi 2:7 And now I would that ye might know that after my father Lehi had made an end of prophesying concerning his seed, It came to pass that the Lord spake unto him again, saying that it was not meet for him, Lehi, that he should take his family into the wilderness alone, But that his sons should take daughters to wife, that they might raise up seed unto the Lord in the Land of Promise.

1 Nephi 2:11 And it came to pass that the Lord did soften the heart of Ishmael, and also his household, Insomuch that they took their journey with us down into the wilderness to the tent of our father.

1 Nephi 2:12 And it came to pass that as we journeyed in the wilderness, Behold, Laman and Lemuel and two of the daughters of Ishmael, and the two sons of Ishmael and their families, did rebel against us, Yea, against I, Nephi, and Sam and their father Ishmael and his wife and his three other daughters.

1 Nephi 2:23 And they have sought to take away the life of my father insomuch that they have driven him out of the land.

1 Nephi 2:36 And after that they had done praying unto the Lord, we did again travel on our journey toward the tent of our father.

1 Nephi 2:37 And it came to pass that we did come down unto the tent of our father;

1 Nephi 2:38 And after that I and my brethren and all the house of Ishmael had come down unto the tent of my father, They did give thanks unto the Lord their God,

1 Nephi 2:41 And it came to pass that while my father tarried in the wilderness, he spake unto us, saying: "Behold, I have dreamed a dream, or in other words, I have seen a vision;

1 Nephi 2:77 And now, I, Nephi, do not speak all the words of my father,

1 Nephi 2:84 Thus are the words of my father: "For as many as heeded them had fallen away,

1 Nephi 2:85 And Laman and Lemuel partook not of the fruit, " saith my father.

1 Nephi 2:86 And it came to pass that after my father had spoken all the words of his dream or vision, which were many, He said unto us, because of these things which he saw in a vision, he exceedingly feared for Laman and Lemuel -

1 Nephi 2:89 Yea, my father did preach unto them;

1 Nephi 2:92 And all these things did my father see and hear and speak as he dwelt in a tent in the Valley of Lemuel, And also a great many more things which cannot be written upon these plates.

1 Nephi 3:1 And now I, Nephi, proceed to give an account upon these plates of my proceedings and my reign and ministry; Wherefore, to proceed with mine account I must speak somewhat of the things of my father, and also of my brethren.

1 Nephi 3:2 For behold, it came to pass that after my father had made an end of speaking the words of his dream, and also of exhorting them to all diligence, He spake unto them concerning the Jews - How that after they were destroyed, yea, even that great City Jerusalem, and that many were carried away captive into Babylon, That according to the own due time of the Lord they should return again, yea, even be brought back out of captivity;

1 Nephi 3:4 Yea, even six hundred years from the time that my father left Jerusalem, a Prophet would the Lord God raise up among the Jews, Yea, even a Messiah, or in other words, a Savior of the world.

1 Nephi 3:10 And much spake my father concerning this thing;

1 Nephi 3:11 And my father saith that he should baptize in Bethabara beyond Jordan, And he also spake that he should baptize with water, yea, even that he should baptize the Messiah with water;

1 Nephi 3:13 And it came to pass that after my father had spoken these words, he spake unto my brethren concerning the gospel which should be preached among the Jews,

1 Nephi 3:16 Yea, even my father spake much concerning the Gentiles, and also concerning the house of Israel - That they should be compared like unto an olive tree whose branches should be broken off and should be scattered upon all the face of the earth;

1 Nephi 3:20 And after this manner of language did my father prophesy and speak unto my brethren,

1 Nephi 3:22 And all these things of which I have spoken were done as my father dwelt in a tent in the Valley of Lemuel.

1 Nephi 3:23 And it came to pass that after I, Nephi - Having heard all the words of my father concerning the things which he saw in a vision,

1 Nephi 3:37 For it came to pass that after I had desired to know the things that my father had seen, and believing that the Lord was able to make them known unto me,

1 Nephi 3:40 And I saith: "I desire to behold the things which my father saw."

1 Nephi 3:41 And the Spirit saith unto me: "Believest thou that thy father saw the tree of which he hath spoken?"

1 Nephi 3:42 And I said: "Yea, thou knowest that I believe all the words of my father."

1 Nephi 3:45 And behold, this thing shall be given unto thee for a sign: That after thou hast beheld the tree which bore the fruit of which thy father tasted, thou shalt also behold a Man descending out of heaven, And Him shall ye witness; And after that ye shall have witnessed Him, ye shall bear record that it is the Son of God."

1 Nephi 3:46 And it came to pass that the Spirit saith unto me: "Look!" And I looked and beheld a tree; And it was like unto the tree which my father had seen; And the beauty thereof was far beyond, yea, exceeding of all beauty; And the whiteness thereof did exceed the whiteness of the driven snow.

1 Nephi 3:62 And the angel said unto me: "Behold the Lamb of God, yea, even the Eternal Father!

1 Nephi 3:63 Knowest thou the meaning of the tree which thy father saw?"

1 Nephi 3:68 And it came to pass that I beheld that the rod of iron which my father had seen was the word of God which led to the fountain of living waters, or to the tree of life, which waters are a representation of the love of God;

1 Nephi 3:71 And I looked and beheld the Redeemer of the world of which my father had spoken;

1 Nephi 3:90 And I beheld that they were in a large and spacious building like unto the building which my father saw.

1 Nephi 3:124 And the angel spake unto me, saying: "Behold the fountain of filthy water which thy father saw, yea, even the river of which he spake; And the depths thereof are the depths of hell;

1 Nephi 3:126 "And the large and spacious building which thy father saw is vain imaginations and the pride of the children of men;

1 Nephi 3:177 Which is the land which the Lord God hath covenanted with thy father that his seed should have for the land of their inheritance - Wherefore, thou seest that the Lord God will not suffer that the Gentiles will utterly destroy the mixture of thy seed which is among thy brethren.

1 Nephi 3:181 And it came to pass that the angel of the Lord spake unto me, saying: "' Behold, saith the Lamb of God, ' after that I have visited the remnant of the house of Israel - and this remnant of which I speak is the seed of thy father -

1 Nephi 3:193 And shall make known to all kindreds, tongues and people that the Lamb of God is the Eternal Father and the Savior of the world, And that all men must come unto Him or they cannot be saved;

1 Nephi 3:201 "And it shall come to pass that if the Gentiles shall hearken unto the Lamb of God in that day that He shall manifest Himself unto them in word and also in power, in very deed, Unto the taking away of their stumbling blocks, if it so be that they harden not their hearts against the Lamb, And if it so be that they harden not their hearts against the Lamb of God, they shall be numbered among the seed of thy father,

1 Nephi 3:217 And it came to pass that when the angel had spoken these words, he saith unto me, "Remember thou the covenants of the Father unto the house of Israel?"

1 Nephi 3:237 Then at that day, the work of the Father shall commence in preparing the way for the fulfilling of His covenants which He hath made to His people which are of the house of Israel."

1 Nephi 3:254 And I bear record that I saw the things which my father saw; And the angel of the Lord did make them known unto me.

1 Nephi 4:1 And it came to pass that after I, Nephi, had been carried away in the Spirit and seen all these things, I returned to the tent of my father.

1 Nephi 4:2 And it came to pass that I beheld my brethren; And they were disputing one with another concerning the things which my father had spoken unto them,

1 Nephi 4:8 And they said: "Behold, we cannot understand the words which our father hath spoken concerning the natural branches of the olive tree, and also concerning the Gentiles."

1 Nephi 4:14 "Behold, I say unto you that the house of Israel was compared unto an olive tree by the Spirit of the Lord which was in our father.

1 Nephi 4:16 "And now the thing which our father meaneth concerning the grafting in of the natural branches through the fullness of the Gentiles is that in the latter days when our seed shall have dwindled in unbelief, Yea, for the space of many years and many generations after that the Messiah hath manifested Himself in body unto the children of men, Then shall the fullness of the gospel of the Messiah come unto the Gentiles, And from the Gentiles unto the remnant of our seed.

1 Nephi 4:25 "And this is what our father meaneth.

1 Nephi 4:28 "Wherefore, our father hath not spoken of our seed alone, but also of all the house of Israel, pointing to the covenant which should be fulfilled in the latter days,

1 Nephi 4:29 Which covenant the Lord made to our father Abraham, saying: ' In thy Seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. '"

1 Nephi 4:35 And it came to pass that they did speak unto me again, saying: "What meaneth the thing which our father saw in a dream?

1 Nephi 4:38 And they said unto me: "What meaneth the rod of iron which our father saw that led to the tree?"

1 Nephi 4:43 And they said unto me: "What meaneth the river of water which our father saw?"

1 Nephi 4:44 And I said unto them that the water which my father saw was filthiness,

1 Nephi 4:48 And I said unto them that our father also saw that the justices of God did also divide the wicked from the righteous,

1 Nephi 5:6 Now all these things were said and done as my father dwelt in a tent in the valley which he called Lemuel.

1 Nephi 5:8 And thus my father had fulfilled all the commandments of the Lord which had been given unto him;

1 Nephi 5:10 And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord spake unto my father by night and commanded him that on the morrow he should take his journey into the wilderness.

1 Nephi 5:11 And it came to pass that as my father arose in the morning and went forth to the tent door, and to his great astonishment he beheld upon the ground a round ball of curious workmanship and it was of fine brass;

1 Nephi 5:25 And it came to pass that Laman and Lemuel and the sons of Ishmael did begin to murmur exceedingly because of their sufferings and afflictions in the wilderness, And also my father began to murmur against the Lord his God; Yea, and they were all exceeding sorrowful, even that they did murmur against the Lord.

1 Nephi 5:29 And I said unto my father: "Whither shall I go to obtain food?"

1 Nephi 5:31 And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came unto my father, And he was truly chastened because of his murmurings against the Lord insomuch that he was brought down into the depths of sorrow.

1 Nephi 5:33 And it came to pass that when my father beheld the things which were written upon the ball, he did fear and tremble exceedingly, And also my brethren and the sons of Ishmael and our wives.

1 Nephi 5:45 And it came to pass that the daughters of Ishmael did mourn exceedingly because of the loss of their father and because of their afflictions in the wilderness;

1 Nephi 5:46 And they did murmur against my father because that he had brought them out of the Land of Jerusalem, saying: "Our father is dead, yea, and we have wandered much in the wilderness, And we have suffered much affliction, hunger, thirst and fatigue; And after all these sufferings we must perish in the wilderness with hunger."

1 Nephi 5:47 And thus they did murmur against my father, and also against me, And they were desirous to return again to Jerusalem.

1 Nephi 5:48 And Laman saith unto Lemuel, and also unto the sons of Ishmael: "Behold, let us slay our father, and also our brother Nephi who hath taken it upon him to be our ruler and our teacher, who are his elder brethren.

1 Nephi 5:93 "And thou art like unto our father, led away by the foolish imaginations of his heart;

1 Nephi 5:100 And our father hath judged them and hath led us away because we would hearken unto his word;

1 Nephi 5:141 "Wherefore, the Lord commanded my father that he should depart into the wilderness;

1 Nephi 5:156 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, saith unto them that they should murmur no more against their father, Neither should they withhold their labor from me, for God had commanded me that I should build a ship.

1 Nephi 5:175 And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came unto my father, that we should arise and go down into the ship.

1 Nephi 5:179 And now my father had begat two sons in the wilderness; The elder was called Jacob and the younger Joseph.

1 Nephi 5:200 Now my father Lehi had said many things unto them, and also unto the sons of Ishmael, But behold, they did breathe out much threatenings against anyone that should speak for me;

1 Nephi 5:219 And upon the plates which I made I did engraven the record of my father, and also our journeyings in the wilderness and the prophecies of my father; And also many of mine own prophecies have I engraven upon them.

1 Nephi 5:221 Wherefore, the record of my father and the genealogy of his forefathers and the more part of all our proceedings in the wilderness are engraven upon those first plates of which I have spoken;

1 Nephi 5:236 And behold, He cometh, according to the words of the angel, in six hundred years from the time my father left Jerusalem.

1 Nephi 7:20 And not only unto the Gentiles, but unto all the house of Israel unto the making known of the covenants of the Father of heaven unto Abraham, saying: ' In thy Seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. '

2 Nephi 1:1 And now it came to pass after I, Nephi, had made an end of teaching my brethren, our father Lehi also spake many things unto them and rehearsed unto them how great things the Lord had done for them in bringing them out of the Land of Jerusalem;

2 Nephi 1:104 Wherefore, he saith unto Eve - yea, even that old serpent which is the devil, which is the father of all lies - wherefore, he saith, ' Partake of the forbidden fruit and ye shall not die, but ye shall be as God, knowing good and evil.'

2 Nephi 3:26 For I had spake many things unto them, and also my father before his death,

2 Nephi 4:17 And I, Nephi, had also brought the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass, And also the ball, or the compass, which was prepared for my father by the hand of the Lord, according to that which is written.

2 Nephi 5:7 For I have exhorted you with all diligence, And I have taught you the words of my father,

2 Nephi 5:71 Look unto Abraham, your father, And unto Sarah, she that bear you; For I called him alone and blessed him."

2 Nephi 6:21 And our spirits must have become like unto him, And we become devils - angels to a devil - to be shut out from the presence of our God and to remain with the father of lies, in misery like unto himself;

2 Nephi 7:28 Nevertheless, I will soften the hearts of the Gentiles, that they shall be like unto a father to them;

2 Nephi 11:6 But I give unto you a prophecy according to the Spirit which is in me; Wherefore, I shall prophesy according to the plainness which hath been with me from the time that I came out from Jerusalem with my father.

2 Nephi 11:17 Wherefore, it hath been told them concerning the destruction which should come upon them immediately after my father left Jerusalem;

2 Nephi 11:21 But behold, they shall have wars and rumors of wars; And when the day cometh that the Only Begotten of the Father, yea, even the Father of heaven and of earth, shall manifest Himself unto them in the flesh, Behold, they will reject Him because of priestcrafts and the hardness of their hearts and the stiffness of their necks -

2 Nephi 11:27 And when that day shall come that they shall believe in Christ, And worship the Father in His name, with pure hearts and clean hands, And look not forward anymore for another Messiah - And then at that time, the day will come that it must needs be expedient that they should believe these things.

2 Nephi 11:35 For according to the words of the prophets, the Messiah cometh in six hundred years from the time that my father left Jerusalem;

2 Nephi 12:43 And also, that I may remember the promises which I have made unto thee, Nephi, and also unto thy father, that I would remember your seed, And that the words of your seed should proceed forth out of My mouth unto your seed.

2 Nephi 13:9 But notwithstanding He being holy, He showeth unto the children of men that according to the flesh He humbleth Himself before the Father, And witnesseth unto the Father that He would be obedient unto Him in keeping His commandments;

2 Nephi 13:13 Wherefore my beloved brethren, can we follow Jesus save we shall be willing to keep the commandments of the Father?

2 Nephi 13:14 And the Father saith: "Repent ye! Repent ye! And be baptized in the name of My beloved Son!"

2 Nephi 13:15 And also the voice of the Son came unto me, saying: "He that is baptized in My name, To him will the Father give the Holy Ghost, like unto Me; Wherefore, follow Me and do the things which ye have seen Me do."

2 Nephi 13:16 Wherefore my beloved brethren, I know that if ye shall follow the Son with full purpose of heart, Acting no hypocrisy and no deception before God, but with real intent, repenting of your sins, Witnessing unto the Father that ye are willing to take upon you the name of Christ by baptism, Yea, by following your Lord and Savior down into the water according to His word, Behold, then shall ye receive the Holy Ghost;

3 Nephi 7:33 And because of the mercies of the Father unto the Gentiles, and also the judgments of the Father upon My people which are of the house of Israel - Verily, verily I say unto you that after all this - And I have caused My people which are of the house of Israel to be smitten, and to be afflicted, and to be slain, and to be cast out from among them, and to become hated by them, and to become a hiss and a byword among them -

3 Nephi 7:34 "And thus commandeth the Father that I should say unto you: ' At that day when the Gentiles shall sin against My gospel, And shall reject the fullness of My gospel, And shall be lifted up in the pride of their hearts above all nations and above all the people of the whole earth, And shall be filled with all manner of lyings, and of deceits, and of mischiefs, and all manner of hypocrisy and murders, and priestcrafts and whoredoms, and of secret abominations -

3 Nephi 7:35 And if they shall do all these things, And shall reject the fullness of My gospel, Behold, ' saith the Father, 'I will bring the fullness of My gospel from among them;

3 Nephi 7:38 'But if the Gentiles will repent and return unto Me, ' saith the Father, 'Behold, they shall be numbered among My people, O house of Israel;

3 Nephi 7:39 And I will not suffer My people which are of the house of Israel to go through among them and tread them down, ' saith the Father;

3 Nephi 7:42 "Verily, verily I say unto you, thus hath the Father commanded Me that I should give unto this people this land for their inheritance;

3 Nephi 8:2 I perceive that ye are weak, that ye cannot understand all My words which I am commanded of the Father to speak unto you at this time;

3 Nephi 8:3 Therefore, go ye unto your homes and ponder upon the things which I have said, And ask of the Father in My name, that ye may understand and prepare your minds for the morrow; And I come unto you again;

3 Nephi 8:4 But now I go unto the Father, and also to show Myself unto the lost tribes of Israel, For they are not lost unto the Father, for He knoweth whither He hath taken them."

3 Nephi 8:15 And it came to pass that when they had knelt upon the ground, Jesus groaned within Himself and saith: "Father, I am troubled because of the wickedness of the people of the house of Israel."

3 Nephi 8:16 And when He had said these words, He Himself also knelt upon the earth, And behold, He prayed unto the Father, And the things which He prayed cannot be written, And the multitude did bear record which heard Him.

3 Nephi 8:17 And after this manner do they bear record: "The eye hath never seen, neither hath the ear heard before, so great and marvelous things as we saw and heard Jesus speak unto the Father!

3 Nephi 8:19 And no one can conceive of the joy which filled our souls at the time we heard Him pray for us unto the Father!"

3 Nephi 8:20 And it came to pass that when Jesus had made an end of praying unto the Father, He arose; But so great was the joy of the multitude that they were overcome.

3 Nephi 8:23 And when He had said these words, He wept and the multitude bear record of it; And He took their little children, one by one, and blessed them and prayed unto the Father for them.

3 Nephi 8:35 And it shall be a testimony unto the Father that ye do always remember Me;

3 Nephi 8:39 And when the disciples had done this, Jesus saith unto them: "Blessed are ye for this thing which ye have done, for this is fulfilling My commandments, And this doth witness unto the Father that ye are willing to do that which I have commanded you;

3 Nephi 8:40 And this shall ye always do unto those who repent and are baptized in My name; And ye shall do it in remembrance of My blood which I have shed for you, that ye may witness unto the Father that ye do always remember Me;

3 Nephi 8:46 "Therefore, blessed are ye if ye shall keep My commandments which the Father hath commanded Me that I should give unto you;

3 Nephi 8:51 For Satan desireth to have you, that he may sift you as wheat; Therefore, ye must always pray unto the Father in My name; And whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in My name, which is right, believing that ye shall receive - And behold, it shall be given unto you;

3 Nephi 8:52 Pray in your families unto the Father, always in My name, that your wives and your children may be blessed.

3 Nephi 8:54 But ye shall pray for them and shall not cast them out; And if it so be that they come unto you oft, ye shall pray for them unto the Father in My name. "Therefore, hold up your light that it may shine unto the world;

3 Nephi 8:56 Behold, ye have seen I have prayed unto the Father, And ye all have witnessed and ye see that I have commanded that none of you should go away, But rather have commanded that ye should come unto Me that ye might feel and see -

3 Nephi 8:59 "Behold, verily, verily I say unto you, I give unto you another commandment, And then I must go unto My Father, that I must fulfill other commandments which He hath given Me.

3 Nephi 8:61 "Therefore, if ye know that a man is unworthy to eat and drink of My flesh and blood, ye shall forbid him; Nevertheless, ye shall not cast him out from among you, But ye shall minister unto him and shall pray for him unto the Father in My name;

3 Nephi 8:66 "Therefore, keep these sayings which I have commanded you, that ye come not under condemnation, For wo unto him whom the Father condemneth!

3 Nephi 8:69 "And now I go unto the Father, because it is expedient that I should go unto the Father for your sakes."

3 Nephi 9:7 And the twelve did teach the multitude; But behold, they did cause that the multitude should kneel down upon the face of the earth and should pray unto the Father in the name of Jesus,

3 Nephi 9:8 And the disciples did pray unto the Father also in the name of Jesus.

3 Nephi 9:10 And when they had ministered those same words which Jesus had spoken, nothing varying from the words which Jesus had spoken, Behold, they knelt again and prayed to the Father in the name of Jesus; And they did pray for that which they most desired, And they desired that the Holy Ghost should be given unto them;

3 Nephi 9:20 And it came to pass that Jesus departed out of the midst of them and went a little way off from them and bowed Himself to the earth, And He saith: "Father, I thank Thee that Thou hast given the Holy Ghost unto these whom I have chosen, And it is because of their belief in Me that I have chosen them out of the world;

3 Nephi 9:21 Father, I pray Thee that Thou wilt give the Holy Ghost unto all them that shall believe in their words;

3 Nephi 9:22 Father, Thou hast given them the Holy Ghost because they believed in Me, And Thou seest that they believe in Me because Thou hearest them and they pray unto Me; And they pray unto Me because I am with them;

3 Nephi 9:23 And now Father, I pray unto Thee for them, And also for all they which shall believe on their words, that they may believe in Me, that I may be in them as Thou, Father, art in Me, that we may be one."

3 Nephi 9:24 And it came to pass that when Jesus had thus prayed unto the Father, He came unto His disciples, And behold, they did still continue without ceasing to pray unto Him; And they did not multiply many words, for it was given unto them what they should pray, And they were filled with desire.

3 Nephi 9:28 And He turned from them again and went a little way off and bowed Himself to the earth, And He prayed again unto the Father, saying: "Father, I thank Thee that Thou hast purified these which I have chosen because of their faith;

3 Nephi 9:30 Father, I pray not for the world, But for them which Thou hast given unto Me out of the world because of their faith, that they may be purified in Me, that I may be in them as Thou, Father, art in Me, that we may be one, that I may be glorified in them."

3 Nephi 9:32 And it came to pass that He went again a little way off and prayed unto the Father; And tongue cannot speak the words which He prayed, Neither can be written by man the words which He prayed;

3 Nephi 9:46 And it came to pass that when they had all given glory unto Jesus, He saith unto them: "Behold, now I finish the commandment which the Father hath commanded Me concerning this people which are a remnant of the house of Israel.

3 Nephi 9:48 And verily, verily I say unto you that when they shall be fulfilled, Then is the fulfilling of the covenant which the Father hath made unto His people,

3 Nephi 9:50 And the Father hath commanded Me that I should give unto you this land for your inheritance.

3 Nephi 9:58 And behold, this people will I establish in this land, unto the fulfilling of the covenant which I made with your father Jacob, And it shall be a New Jerusalem.

3 Nephi 9:63 And behold, ye are the children of the prophets; And ye are of the house of Israel; And ye are of the covenant which the Father made with your fathers, saying unto Abraham: ' And in thy Seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed '-

3 Nephi 9:64 The Father having raised Me up unto you first and sent Me to bless you in turning away every one of you from his iniquities, And this because ye are the children of the covenant.

3 Nephi 9:65 "And after that ye were blessed, then fulfilleth the Father the covenant which He made with Abraham saying: ' In thy Seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed, ' Unto the pouring out of the Holy Ghost through Me upon the Gentiles, Which blessing upon the Gentiles shall make them mighty above all, Unto the scattering of My people, O house of Israel; And they shall be a scourge unto the people of this land.

3 Nephi 9:66 "Nevertheless, when they shall have received the fullness of My gospel, then if they shall harden their hearts against Me, 'I will return their iniquities upon their own heads, ' saith the Father;

3 Nephi 9:68 That I would give unto them again the land of their fathers for their inheritance, Which is the Land of Jerusalem, which is the Promised Land unto them forever, ' saith the Father.

3 Nephi 9:69 "And it shall come to pass that the time cometh when the fullness of My gospel be preached unto them, And they shall believe in Me, that I Am Jesus Christ, the Son of God, And shall pray unto the Father in My name.

3 Nephi 9:71 Then will the Father gather them together again, And give unto them Jerusalem for the land of their inheritance.

3 Nephi 9:72 Then shall they break forth into joy! Sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem! For the Father hath comforted His people, He hath redeemed Jerusalem.

3 Nephi 9:73 The Father hath made bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; And all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of the Father; And the Father and I are one.'

3 Nephi 9:84 "Verily, verily I say unto you, all these things shall surely come, even as the Father hath commanded Me;

3 Nephi 9:85 And then shall this covenant which the Father hath covenanted with His people be fulfilled; And then shall Jerusalem be inhabited again with My people, And it shall be the land of their inheritance.

3 Nephi 9:87 "And behold, this is the thing which I will give unto you for a sign - "For verily I say unto you, that when these things which I deliver unto you - And which I shall deliver unto you hereafter of Myself and by the power of the Holy Ghost which shall be given unto you of the Father - Shall be made known unto the Gentiles,

3 Nephi 9:89 "Verily, verily I say unto you, when these things shall be made known unto them of the Father, And shall come forth of the Father from them unto you - For it is wisdom in the Father that they should be established in this land

3 Nephi 9:90 and be set up as a free people by the power of the Father, That these things might come forth from them unto a remnant of your seed, That the covenant of the Father may be fulfilled which He hath covenanted with His people, O house of Israel -

3 Nephi 9:92 For thus it behooveth the Father that it should come forth from the Gentiles, That He may show forth His power unto the Gentiles for this cause: That the Gentiles - if they will not harden their hearts - That they may repent and come unto Me and be baptized in My name and know of the true points of My doctrine, That they may be numbered among My people, O house of Israel -

3 Nephi 9:93 "And when these things come to pass - that thy seed shall begin to know these things - It shall be a sign unto them that they may know that the work of the Father hath already commenced, Unto the fulfilling of the covenant which He hath made unto the people which are of the house of Israel.

3 Nephi 9:95 For in that day, for My sake shall the Father work a work which shall be a great and a marvelous work among them; And there shall be among them which will not believe it, although a man shall declare it unto them.

3 Nephi 9:98 "Therefore, it shall come to pass that whosoever will not believe in My words - which am Jesus Christ - Which the Father shall cause him to bring forth unto the Gentiles, And shall give unto him power that he shall bring them forth unto the Gentiles - it shall be done even as Moses said - They shall be cut off from among My people which are of the covenant.

3 Nephi 9:101 "Yea, wo be unto the Gentiles, except they repent! 'For it shall come to pass in that day, ' saith the Father, 'That I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, And I will destroy thy chariots, And I will cut off the cities of thy land And throw down all thy strongholds.

3 Nephi 9:106 For it shall come to pass, ' saith the Father, ' that at that day, whosoever will not repent and come unto My beloved Son, Them will I cut off from among My people, O house of Israel, And I will execute vengeance and fury upon them - even as upon the heathen - such as they have not heard! '

3 Nephi 10:4 And then shall the powers of heaven come down among them, And I also will be in the midst; And then shall the work of the Father commence at that day, even when this gospel shall be preached among the remnant of this people.

3 Nephi 10:5 "Verily I say unto you, at that day shall the work of the Father commence among all the dispersed of My people - Yea, even the tribes which have been lost which the Father hath led away out of Jerusalem -

3 Nephi 10:6 Yea, the work shall commence among all the dispersed of My people, with the Father, To prepare the way whereby they may come unto Me, that they may call on the Father in My name.

3 Nephi 10:7 "Yea, and then shall the work commence with the Father among all nations in preparing the way whereby His people may be gathered home to the land of their inheritance;

3 Nephi 10:8 And they shall go out from all nations, And they shall not go out in haste nor go by flight; 'For I will go before them, ' saith the Father, 'And I will be their rearward.' "And then shall that which is written come to pass:

3 Nephi 10:30 "Therefore, give heed to My words; Write the things which I have told you, And according to the time and the will of the Father, they shall go forth unto the Gentiles;

3 Nephi 10:36 "Verily I say unto you, I commanded My servant Samuel the Lamanite that he should testify unto this people, That at the day that the Father should glorify His name in Me, That there were many saints which should arise from the dead and should appear unto many and should minister unto them."

3 Nephi 11:2 And it came to pass that He commanded them that they should write the words which the Father had given unto Malachi, which He should tell unto them.

3 Nephi 11:4 And these are the words which He did tell unto them, saying: "Thus said the Father unto Malachi: ' Behold, I will send My messenger, And he shall prepare the way before Me, And the Lord, whom ye seek shall suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant whom ye delight in - Behold, He shall come, ' saith the Lord of Hosts.

3 Nephi 11:29 And He saith: "These scriptures which ye had not with you, the Father commanded that I should give unto you, For it was wisdom in Him that they should be given unto future generations."

3 Nephi 12:8 And it came to pass that after He had ascended into heaven the second time that He showed Himself unto them, And gone unto the Father after having healed all their sick and their lame, And opened the eyes of the blind, And unstopped the ears of the deaf, And even had done all manner of cures among them, And raised a man from the dead, And had shown forth His power unto them, And had ascended unto the Father-

3 Nephi 12:15 And Jesus again showed Himself unto them, for they were praying unto the Father in His name; And Jesus came and stood in the midst of them and saith unto them: "What will ye that I shall give unto you?"

3 Nephi 12:19 "Therefore, whatsoever ye shall do, ye shall do it in My name; Therefore, ye shall call the church in My name; And ye shall call upon the Father in My name, that He will bless the church for My sake; And howbeit My church save it be called in My name?

3 Nephi 12:21 "Verily I say unto you that ye are built upon My gospel, Therefore, ye shall call whatsoever things ye do call in My name; Therefore, if ye call upon the Father for the church, if it be in My name, the Father will hear you;

3 Nephi 12:22 And if it so be that the church is built upon My gospel, then will the Father show forth His own works in it.

3 Nephi 12:25 "Behold, I have given unto you My gospel, And this is the gospel which I have given unto you - That I came into the world to do the will of My Father because My Father sent Me;

3 Nephi 12:26 And My Father sent Me that I might be lifted up upon the cross; And after that I had been lifted up upon the cross, I might draw all men unto Me;

3 Nephi 12:27 That as I have been lifted up by men, even so should men be lifted up by the Father to stand before Me to be judged of their works, whether they be good or whether they be evil;

3 Nephi 12:28 And for this cause have I been lifted up; Therefore, according to the power of the Father, I will draw all men unto Me, that they may be judged according to their works.

3 Nephi 12:29 "And it shall come to pass that whoso repenteth and is baptized in My name shall be filled; And if he endureth to the end, Behold, him will I hold guiltless before My Father at that day when I shall stand to judge the world;

3 Nephi 12:30 And he that endureth not unto the end, The same is he that is also hewn down and cast into the fire from whence they can no more return because of the justice of the Father. "And this is the word which He hath given unto the children of men;

3 Nephi 13:3 "And behold, all things are written by the Father; Therefore, out of the books which shall be written shall the world be judged.

3 Nephi 13:5 Therefore, what manner of men had ye ought to be? Verily I say unto you, even as I am. And now I go unto the Father.

3 Nephi 13:6 "And verily I say unto you, whatsoever things ye shall ask the Father in My name, it shall be given unto you; Therefore, ask, and ye shall receive, Knock, and it shall be opened unto you; For he that asketh, receiveth, And unto him that knocketh, it shall be opened.

3 Nephi 13:7 "And now behold, My joy is great, even unto fullness, because of you, and also this generation; Yea, and even the Father rejoiceth, and also all the holy angels, because of you and this generation, For none of them are lost.

3 Nephi 13:12 And it came to pass when Jesus had said these words, He spake unto His disciples one by one, saying unto them: "What is it that ye desire of Me after that I am gone to the Father?"

3 Nephi 13:15 And when He had spake unto them, He turned Himself unto the three and said unto them: "What will ye that I should do unto you when I am gone unto the Father?"

3 Nephi 13:18 Therefore, more blessed are ye, for ye shall never taste of death, But ye shall live to behold all the doings of the Father unto the children of men, Even until all things shall be fulfilled according to the will of the Father, when I shall come in My glory with the powers of heaven;

3 Nephi 13:19 And ye shall never endure the pains of death; But when I shall come in My glory, ye shall be changed in the twinkling of an eye from mortality to immortality; And then shall ye be blessed in the kingdom of My Father.

3 Nephi 13:21 And all this will I do because of the thing which ye have desired of Me, For ye have desired that ye might bring the souls of men unto Me while the world shall stand; And for this cause ye shall have fullness of joy and ye shall sit down in the kingdom of My Father;

3 Nephi 13:22 Yea, your joy shall be full, even as the Father hath given Me fullness of joy; And ye shall be even as I am; And I am even as the Father, And the Father and I are one,

3 Nephi 13:23 And the Holy Ghost beareth record of the Father and Me; And the Father giveth the Holy Ghost unto the children of men because of Me."

3 Nephi 13:42 And they are as the angels of God, And if they shall pray unto the Father in the name of Jesus, they can show themselves unto whatsoever man it seemeth them good;

3 Nephi 13:53 And in this state they were to remain until the judgment day of Christ; And at that day they were to receive a greater change, And to be received into the kingdom of the Father to go no more out, But to dwell with God eternally in the heavens.

3 Nephi 13:54 And now behold I say unto you, that when the Lord shall see fit in His wisdom that these sayings shall come unto the Gentiles according to His word, Then ye may know that the covenant which the Father hath made with the children of Israel concerning their restoration to the lands of their inheritance is already beginning to be fulfilled,

Mormon 1:7 And it came to pass that I, being eleven years old, was carried by my father into the Land Southward, even to the Land of Zarahemla - The whole face of the land having become covered with buildings, And the people were as numerous almost as it were the sands of the sea.

Mormon 2:42 That the Father may bring about through His most Beloved His great and eternal purpose in the restoring the Jews, or all the house of Israel, to the land of their inheritance which the Lord their God hath given them, unto the fulfilling of His covenant;

And also in Him is the sting of death swallowed up;

Mormon 3:29 And He hath brought to pass the redemption of the world, Whereby he that is found guiltless before Him at the judgment day hath it given unto them to dwell in the presence of God in His kingdom, To sing ceaseless praises with the choirs above unto the Father and unto the Son and unto the Holy Ghost, which is one God, in a state of happiness which hath no end.

Mormon 4:1 Behold, I, Moroni, do finish the record of my father Mormon; Behold, I have but few things to write, which things I have been commanded of my father.

Mormon 4:2 And now it came to pass that after the great and tremendous battle at Cumorah, Behold, the Nephites which had escaped into the Country Southward were hunted by the Lamanites until they were all destroyed, And my father also was killed by them; And I, even I, remaineth alone to write the sad tale of the destruction of my people.

Mormon 4:3 But behold, they are gone and I fulfill the commandment of my father;

Mormon 4:5 Behold, my father hath made this record and he hath written the intent thereof;

Mormon 4:6 And behold, I would write it also if I had room upon the plates, But I have not; And ore I have none, for I am alone; My father hath been slain in battle, and all my kinsfolk, And I have not friends, nor whither to go; And how long that the Lord will suffer that I may live, I know not.

Mormon 4:13 But behold, my father and I have seen them and they have ministered unto us.

Mormon 4:17 I am the son of Mormon and my father was a descendant of Nephi, And I am the same which hide up this record unto the Lord; The plates thereof are of no worth because of the commandment of the Lord,

Mormon 4:65 O then ye unbelieving, turn ye unto the Lord! Cry mightily unto the Father in the name of Jesus, that perhaps ye may be found spotless, pure, fair and white, Having been cleansed by the blood of the Lamb at that great and last day.

Mormon 4:71 Behold, He created Adam, And by Adam, came the fall of man, And because of the fall of man, came Jesus Christ, even the Father and the Son, And because of Jesus Christ, came the redemption of man,

Mormon 4:84 Behold, I say unto you that whoso believeth in Christ, doubting nothing, Whatsoever he shall ask the Father in the name of Christ, it shall be granted them; And this promise is unto all, even unto the ends of the earth.

Mormon 4:92 O then despise not and wonder not, but hearken unto the words of the Lord, And ask the Father in the name of Jesus for what things soever ye shall stand in need -

Mormon 4:97 Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father because of his imperfection, neither them which have written before him; But rather give thanks unto God that He hath made manifest unto you our imperfections, That ye may learn to be more wise than that which we have been.

Mormon 4:103 And may the Lord Jesus Christ grant that their prayers may be answered according to their faith; And may God the Father remember the covenant which He hath made with the house of Israel; And may He bless them forever, through faith on the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Ether 1:110 "Come unto Me, O ye house of Israel! And it shall be made manifest unto you how great things the Father hath laid up for you from the foundation of the world; And it hath not come unto you because of unbelief.

Ether 1:112 Yea, when ye shall call upon the Father in My name with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, Then shall ye know that the Father hath remembered the covenant which He made unto your fathers, O house of Israel -

Ether 1:114 Remember, when ye see these things, ye shall know that the time is at hand that they shall be made manifest in very deed; Therefore, when ye shall receive this record, ye may know that the work of the Father has commenced upon all the face of the earth.

Ether 2:3 And in the mouth of three witnesses shall these things be established; And the testimony of three and this work - in the which shall be shown forth the power of God, and also His word, of which the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost beareth record - And all this shall stand as a testimony against the world at the last day;

Ether 2:4 And if it so be that they repent and come unto the Father in the name of Jesus, they shall be received into the kingdom of God.

Ether 3:31 And the people would that his father should constrain him, But his father would not; And he commanded them that they should not constrain any man to be their king.

Ether 3:36 And it came to pass that Orihah did walk humbly before the Lord, And did remember how great things the Lord had done for his father, And also taught his people how great things the Lord had done for their fathers.

Ether 3:41 And when Corihor was thirty and two years old, he rebelled against his father and went over and dwelt in the Land of Nehor; And he begat sons and daughters, And they became exceeding fair; Wherefore, Corihor drew away many people after him.

Ether 3:46 Wherefore, he came to the Hill Ephraim, And he did molten out of the hill and made swords out of steel for those which he had drawn away with him; And after that he had armed them with swords, he returned to the City Nehor and gave battle unto his brother Corihor, By which means he obtained the kingdom and restored it unto his father Kib.

Ether 3:47 And now because of the thing which Shule had done, his father bestowed upon him the kingdom; Therefore, he began to reign in the stead of his father.

Ether 5:34 "And now I know that this love which Thou hast had for the children of men is charity; Wherefore, except men shall have charity, they cannot inherit that place which Thou hast prepared in the mansions of Thy Father;

Ether 5:38 And because thou hast seen thy weakness, thou shalt be made strong, Even unto the sitting down in the place which I have prepared in the mansions of My Father."

Ether 5:41 And now I would commend you to seek this Jesus of whom the prophets and apostles have written, That the grace of God the Father and also the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost, which beareth record of Them, may be and abide in you forever. Amen.

Ether 6:6 And that a New Jerusalem should be built up upon this land unto the remnant of the seed of Joseph, for the which things there has been a type - For as Joseph brought his father down into the Land of Egypt, even so he died there;

Ether 6:7 Wherefore, the Lord brought a remnant of the seed of Joseph out of the Land of Jerusalem, That He might be merciful unto the seed of Joseph, that they should perish not, Even as He was merciful unto the father of Joseph, that he should perish not.

Ether 6:12 And they are they which were scattered and gathered in from the four quarters of the earth and from the North Countries, And are partakers of the fulfilling of the covenant which God made with their father Abraham.

Moroni 3:2 After they had prayed unto the Father in the name of Christ, they laid their hands upon them and said: "In the name of Jesus Christ I ordain you to be a priest" - Or if he be a teacher, "I ordain you to be a teacher" - "To preach repentance and remission of sins through Jesus Christ by the endurance of faith on His name to the end. Amen."

Moroni 4:3 And they did kneel down with the church and pray to the Father in the name of Christ, saying:

Moroni 4:4 "O God, the Eternal Father, We ask Thee in the name of Thy Son Jesus Christ to bless and sanctify this bread to the souls of all those who partake of it, That they may eat in remembrance of the body of Thy Son, And witness unto Thee, O God, the Eternal Father, That they are willing to take upon them the name of Thy Son, And always remember Him and keep His commandments which He hath given them, That they may always have His Spirit to be with them. Amen."

Moroni 5:3 "O God, the Eternal Father, We ask Thee in the name of Thy Son Jesus Christ to bless and sanctify this wine to the souls of all those who drink of it, That they may do it in remembrance of the blood of Thy Son which was shed for them, That they may witness unto Thee, O God, the Eternal Father, That they do always remember Him, That they may have His Spirit to be with them. Amen."

Moroni 7:1 And now I, Moroni, write a few of the words of my father Mormon, which he spake concerning faith, hope and charity. For after this manner did he speak unto the people as he taught them in the synagogue which they had built for the place of worship.

Moroni 7:2 And now I, Mormon, speak unto you, my beloved brethren; And it is by the grace of God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ and His holy will, because of the gift of His calling unto me, that I am permitted to speak unto you at this time;

Moroni 7:26 And assuredly as Christ liveth, He spake these words unto our fathers, saying: "Whatsoever thing ye shall ask the Father in My name, which is good, in faith believing that ye shall receive, Behold, it shall be done unto you."

Moroni 7:27 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, hath miracles ceased because that Christ hath ascended into heaven and hath sat down on the right hand of God to claim of the Father His rights of mercy which He hath upon the children of men?

Moroni 7:32 And the office of their ministry is to call men unto repentance, And to fulfill and to do the work of the covenants of the Father which He hath made unto the children of men, To prepare the way among the children of men by declaring the word of Christ unto the chosen vessels of the Lord, that they may bear testimony of Him.

Moroni 7:34 And after this manner bringeth to pass the Father the covenants which He hath made unto the children of men.

Moroni 7:53 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, That ye may be filled with this love which He hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of His Son Jesus Christ, That ye may become the sons of God, That when He shall appear, we shall be like Him - for we shall see Him as He is - That we may have this hope, That we may be purified even as He is pure. Amen.

Moroni 8:1 An epistle of my father Mormon, written to me, Moroni. And it was written unto me soon after my calling to the ministry.

Moroni 8:3 I am mindful of you always in my prayers, Continually praying unto God the Father, in the name of His holy Child Jesus, That He through His infinite goodness and grace will keep you through the endurance of faith on His name to the end.

Moroni 9:28 And may the grace of God the Father, whose throne is high in the heavens, and our Lord Jesus Christ, who sitteth on the right hand of His power until all things shall become subject unto Him, be and abide with you forever. Amen."

Moroni 10:4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true;

Moroni 10:30 And again, if ye by the grace of God are perfect in Christ and deny not His power, Then are ye sanctified in Christ by the grace of God through the shedding of the blood of Christ, Which is in the covenant of the Father unto the remission of your sins, that ye become holy without spot.
