1 Nephi 1:36 And when my father saw that the waters of the river emptied into the fountain of the Red Sea, he spake unto Laman, saying: "O that thou mightest be like unto this river, continually running into the fountain of all righteousness!"

Moroni 7:53 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, That ye may be filled with this love which He hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of His Son Jesus Christ, That ye may become the sons of God, That when He shall appear, we shall be like Him - for we shall see Him as He is - That we may have this hope, That we may be purified even as He is pure. Moroni 9:11 For behold, many of the daughters of the Lamanites have they taken prisoners; And after depriving them of that which was most dear and precious above all things - which is chastity and virtue - And after that they had done this thing, they did murder them in a most cruel manner, torturing their bodies even unto death; And after that they have done this, they devour their flesh like unto wild beasts because of the hardness of their hearts; And they do it for a token of bravery.
Moroni 9:12 "O my beloved son, how can a people like this that are without civilization - And only a few years have passed away and they were a civil and a delightsome people - But O my son, how can a people like this, whose delight is in so much abomination - How can we expect that God will stay His hand in judgment against us?
Moroni 9:24 For I know that they must perish, except they repent and return unto Him; And if they perish, it will be like unto the Jaredites, because of the willfulness of their hearts, seeking for blood and revenge;
Moroni 10:22 And I exhort you to remember these things! For the time speedily cometh that ye shall know that I lie not, For ye shall see me at the bar of God, And the Lord God will say unto you: "Did I not declare My words unto you which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead?
