1 Nephi 1:3 For it came to pass in the commencement of the first year of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah, my father Lehi having dwelt at Jerusalem in all his days, And in that same year there came many prophets prophesying unto the people that they must repent or that great City Jerusalem must be destroyed;

Alma 1:1 Now it came to pass that in the first year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, From this time forward, King Mosiah, having gone the way of all the earth, having warred a good warfare, walking uprightly before God, leaving no one to reign in his stead -

Alma 1:3 And it came to pass that in the first year of the reign of Alma in the judgment seat, there was a man brought before him to be judged, A man which was large and was noted for his much strength.

Alma 1:33 Now this was in the second year of the reign of Alma; And it was a cause of much affliction to the church, Yea, it was the cause of much trial with the church,

Alma 1:52 Therefore, there was much peace among the people of Nephi until the fifth year of the reign of the judges.

Alma 1:53 And it came to pass in the commencement of the fifth year of their reign there began to be a contention among the people, For a certain man, being called Amlici - He being a very cunning man, yea, a wise man as to the wisdom of the world, He being after the order of the man that slew Gideon by the sword who was executed according to the law -

Alma 2:1 Now it came to pass in the sixth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, there were no contentions nor wars in the Land of Zarahemla.

Alma 2:6 And it came to pass in the seventh year of the reign of the judges there were about three thousand five hundred souls that united themselves to the church of God and were baptized;

Alma 2:7 And thus ended the seventh year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi; And there was continual peace in all that time.

Alma 2:28 And thus in the commencement of the ninth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, Alma delivered up the judgment seat to Nephihah and confined himself wholly to the high priesthood of the holy order of God, to the testimony of the word according to the spirit of revelation and prophecy.

Alma 5:3 And even I could not have come now at this time, were it not that the judgment seat hath been given to another to reign in my stead; And the Lord in much mercy hath granted that I should come unto you.

Alma 6:3 And thus ended the ninth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 11:20 And it came to pass that the Lamanites did not come again to war against the Nephites until the fourteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi;

Alma 11:33 And thus ended the fourteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 12:10 Now these were their journeyings, Having taken leave of their father Mosiah in the first year of the reign of the judges, Having refused the kingdom which their father was desirous to confer upon them, and also this was the minds of the people;

Alma 13:24 And King Lamoni would not suffer that Ammon should serve him or be his servant; But he caused that there should be synagogues built in the Land of Ishmael, And he caused that his people, or the people which were under his reign, should assemble themselves together;

Alma 13:27 And he also declared unto them that they might have the liberty of worshipping the Lord their God according to their desires in whatsoever place they were in, if it were in the land which was under the reign of King Lamoni;

Alma 15:42 And now surely this was a sorrowful day, yea, a time of solemnity and a time of much fasting and prayer. And thus ended the fifteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 15:45 And this is the account of the wars and contentions among the Nephites, and also the wars between the Nephites and the Lamanites; And the fifteenth year of the reign of the judges is ended.

Alma 16:3 But it came to pass that after they had buried their dead, and also after the days of fasting and mourning and prayer - and it was in the sixteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi - there began to be continual peace throughout all the land, Yea, and the people did observe to keep the commandments of the Lord;

Alma 16:5 And thus the people did have no disturbance in all the sixteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 16:6 And it came to pass in the commencement of the seventeenth year of the reign of the judges, there was continual peace;

Alma 16:40 Now Alma saith unto him: "Thou knowest that we do not glut ourselves upon the labors of this people, For behold, I have labored, even from the commencement of the reign of the judges until now, with mine own hands for my support; Notwithstanding my many travels round about the land to declare the word of God unto my people,

Alma 16:253 And thus ended the seventeenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 16:255 And thus commenced a war betwixt the Lamanites and the Nephites in the eighteenth year of the reign of the judges, And an account shall be given of their wars hereafter.

Alma 20:3 And now, I return to an account of the wars between the Nephites and the Lamanites in the eighteenth year of the reign of the judges.

Alma 21:3 And it came to pass in the nineteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi - that Alma came unto his son Helaman and saith unto him: "Believest thou the words which I spake unto thee concerning those records which have been kept?"

Alma 21:23 And now it came to pass in the commencement of the nineteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi that Helaman went forth among the people to declare the word unto them;

Alma 21:72 And they began to have peace again in the land. And thus they did maintain peace in the land, until nearly the end of the nineteenth year of the reign of the judges;

Alma 21:185 And thus ended the nineteenth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi; Yea, and there was continual peace among them and exceeding great prosperity in the church because of their heed and diligence which they gave unto the word of God, Which was declared unto them by Helaman and Shiblon and Coreanton and Ammon and his brethren, etc.,

Alma 22:1 And now it came to pass that Moroni did not stop making preparations for war - or to defend themselves against the Lamanites. For he caused that his armies should commence - in the commencement of the twentieth year of the reign of the judges - That they should commence in digging up heaps of earth round about all the cities throughout all the land which was possessed by the Nephites.

Alma 22:17 And in these prosperous circumstances were the people of Nephi, in the commencement of the twenty and first year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi;

Alma 22:24 But behold, there never was a happier time among the people of Nephi since the days of Nephi than in the days of Moroni, Yea, even at this time in the twenty and first year of the reign of the judges.

Alma 22:25 And it came to pass that the twenty and second year of the reign of the judges also ended in peace, Yea, and also the twenty and third year.

Alma 22:26 And it came to pass that in the commencement of the twenty and fourth year of the reign of the judges, There would also have been peace among the people of Nephi had it not been for a contention which took place among them concerning the Land of Lehi and the Land of Morionton, which joined upon the borders of Lehi, Both of which were on the borders by the seashore.

Alma 22:38 And thus ended the twenty and fourth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi. And thus were the people of Morionton brought back.

Alma 22:44 And Pahoron did fill the seat of his father and did commence his reign in the end of the twenty and fourth year over the people of Nephi.

Alma 23:1 And now it came to pass in the commencement of the twenty and fifth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, They having established peace between the people of Lehi and the people of Morionton concerning their lands, And having commenced the twenty and fifth year in peace;

Alma 23:15 And it was in the twenty and fifth year of the reign of the judges; And it was at the same time that they had begun to settle the affairs of their contentions concerning the chief judge Pahoron.

Alma 23:44 And thus ended the twenty and fifth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi. And thus ended the days of Amalickiah.

Alma 24:1 And now it came to pass in the twenty and sixth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, Behold, when the Lamanites awoke on the first morning of the first month, Behold, they found Amalickiah was dead in his own tent; And they also saw that Teancum was ready to give them battle on that day;

Alma 24:3 And it came to pass that the brother of Amalickiah was appointed king over the people, And his name was Ammaron; Thus King Ammaron, the brother of King Amalickiah, was appointed to reign in his stead.

Alma 24:16 And thus were the Nephites in those dangerous circumstances in the ending of the twentieth and sixth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 24:17 But behold, it came to pass in the twentieth and seventh year of the reign of the judges that Teancum - By the command of Moroni who had established armies to protect the south and the west borders of the land, had begun his march toward the Land of Bountiful, that he might assist Teancum with his men in retaking the cities which they had lost -

Alma 24:21 And it came to pass that Moroni did arrive with his army to the Land of Bountiful in the latter end of the twenty and seventh year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 24:79 And thus ended the twenty and eighth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, etc.

Alma 25:63 And thus ended the twenty and ninth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 26:1 And now it came to pass in the commencement of the thirtieth year of the reign of the judges, in the second day on the first month, Moroni received an epistle from Helaman stating the affairs of the people in that quarter of the land.

Alma 26:74 "And thus ended the twenty and eighth year of the reign of the judges.

Alma 27:1 Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, after Moroni had received and had read Helaman's epistle, He was exceedingly rejoiced because of the welfare, yea, the exceeding success which Helaman had had in obtaining those lands which were lost;

Alma 29:12 And thus ended the thirtieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, Moroni and Pahoron having restored peace to the Land of Zarahemla among their own people, Having inflicted death upon all those who were not true to the cause of freedom.

Alma 29:13 And it came to pass in the commencement of the thirty and first year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, Moroni immediately caused that provisions should be sent, and also an army of six thousand men should be sent unto Helaman, to assist him in preserving that part of the land;

Alma 29:48 And thus ended the thirty and first year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi; And thus they had had wars and bloodsheds and famine and affliction for the space of many years;

Alma 29:63 And Helaman died in the thirty and fifth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Alma 30:1 And it came to pass in the commencement of the thirty and sixth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, That Shiblon took possession of those sacred things which had been delivered unto Helaman by Alma;

Alma 30:4 And thus ended the thirty and sixth year of the reign of the judges.

Alma 30:5 And it came to pass that in the thirty and seventh year of the reign of the judges, There was a large company of men - even to the amount of five thousand and four hundred men, with their wives and their children - departed out of the Land of Zarahemla into the land which was northward.

Alma 30:14 And it came to pass in the thirty and ninth year of the reign of the judges, Shiblon died also; And Coreanton had gone forth to the Land Northward in a ship, to carry forth provisions unto those people which had gone forth into that land;

Alma 30:20 And thus ended the thirty and ninth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 1:1 And now behold, it came to pass in the commencement of the fortieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, There began to be a serious difficulty among the people of the Nephites;

Helaman 1:13 And now behold, Pacumeni was appointed according to the voice of the people to be a chief judge and a governor over the people, To reign in the stead of his brother Pahoron; And it was according to his right.

Helaman 1:14 And all this was done in the fortieth year of the reign of the judges; And it had an end.

Helaman 1:15 And it came to pass in the forty and first year of the reign of the judges that the Lamanites had gathered together an innumerable army of men, And armed them with swords and with scimitars, and with bows and with arrows, and with headplates and with breastplates, and with all manner of shields of every kind; And they came down again, that they might pitch battle against the Nephites.

Helaman 1:36 And thus ended the forty and first year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 1:37 And it came to pass in the forty and second year of the reign of the judges, After Moronihah had established again the peace between the Nephites and the Lamanites, Behold, there was no one to fill the judgment seat; Therefore, there began to be a contention again among the people concerning who should fill the judgment seat.

Helaman 1:50 And thus ended the forty and second year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 2:1 And now it came to pass in the forty and third year of the reign of the judges, There was no contention among the people of Nephi, save it were a little pride which was in the church, Which did cause some little dissensions among the people, Which affairs were settled in the ending of the forty and third year.

Helaman 2:16 The forty and sixth year of the reign of the judges ended.

Helaman 2:20 And it came to pass that the wars and contentions began to cease, in a small degree, among the people of the Nephites, In the latter end of the forty and eighth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 2:21 And it came to pass in the forty and ninth year of the reign of the judges, there was continual peace established in the land - All, save it were the secret combinations which Gaddianton the robber had established in the more settled parts of the land, Which at that time were not known unto those which were at the head of government; Therefore, they were not destroyed out of the land.

Helaman 2:28 And it came to pass that there was peace and exceeding great joy in the remainder of the forty and ninth year. Yea, and also there was continual peace and great joy in the fiftieth year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 2:29 And in the fifty and first year of the reign of the judges, there was peace also, Save it were the pride which began to enter into the church - Not into the church of God, but into the hearts of the people who professed to belong to the church of God - And they were lifted up in pride, even to the persecution of many of their brethren.

Helaman 2:33 And it came to pass in the fifty and third year of the reign of the judges, Helaman died and his eldest son Nephi began to reign in his stead.

Helaman 2:37 But it came to pass in the fifty and sixth year of the reign of the judges, there were dissenters which went up from the Nephites unto the Lamanites; And they succeeded with those others in stirring them up to anger against the Nephites; And they were all that year preparing for war.

Helaman 2:38 And in the fifty and seventh year, they did come down against the Nephites to battle, And they did commence the work of death; Yea, insomuch that in the fifty and eighth year of the reign of the judges, They succeeded in obtaining possession of the Land of Zarahemla, yea, and also all the lands even unto the land which was near the Land Bountiful;

Helaman 2:41 And all this was done in the fifty and eighth and ninth years of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 2:42 And it came to pass in the sixtieth year of the reign of the judges, Moronihah did succeed with his armies in obtaining many parts of the land; Yea, they retained many cities which had fallen into the hands of the Lamanites.

Helaman 2:43 And it came to pass in the sixty and first year of the reign of the judges, They succeeded in retaining even the half of all their possessions.

Helaman 2:51 And thus ended the sixty and first year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 2:52 And it came to pass in the sixty and second year of the reign of the judges that Moronihah could obtain no more possessions over the Lamanites;

Helaman 2:118 And it came to pass that when the sixty and second year of the reign of the judges had ended, all these things had happened; And the Lamanites had become, the more part of them, a righteous people, Insomuch that their righteousness did exceed that of the Nephites because of their firmness and their steadiness in the faith.

Helaman 2:136 And it came to pass that in the sixty and sixth year of the reign of the judges, Behold, Cezoram was murdered by an unknown hand as he sat upon the judgment seat.

Helaman 2:159 And it came to pass that all these iniquities did come unto them in the space of not many years, Insomuch that the more part of it had come unto them in the sixty and seventh year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 2:168 And it came to pass that thus ended the sixty and eighth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 3:1 Behold, now it came to pass in the sixty and ninth year of the reign of the judges over the people of the Nephites that Nephi, the son of Helaman, returned to the Land of Zarahemla from the Land Northward; For he had been forth among the people which were in the Land Northward, And did preach the word of God unto them, And did prophesy many things unto them;

Helaman 3:132 And thus ended the seventy and first year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 4:1 And now it came to pass in the seventy and second year of the reign of the judges that the contentions did increase, Insomuch that there were wars throughout all the land, among all the people of Nephi;

Helaman 4:30 And it came to pass that in the eightieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, There were a certain number of the dissenters from the people of Nephi which had some years before gone over unto the Lamanites and took upon themselves the name of Lamanites,

Helaman 4:37 And thus ended the eightieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 4:43 And thus ended the eighty and first year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 4:56 Behold, they do not desire that the Lord their God who hath created them should rule and reign over them; Notwithstanding His great goodness and His mercy toward them, they do set at naught His counsels, And they will not that He should be their guide.

Helaman 5:121 And thus ended the eighty and sixth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

Helaman 5:122 And thus ended also the eighty and seventh year of the reign of the judges - The more part of the people remaining in their pride and wickedness, And the lesser part walking more circumspectly before God.

Helaman 5:123 And thus were the conditions also in the eighty and eighth year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 5:124 And there was but little alteration in the affairs of the people, Save it were the people began to be more hardened in iniquity and do more and more of that which was contrary to the commandments of God in the eighty and ninth year of the reign of the judges.

Helaman 5:125 But behold, it came to pass in the ninetieth year of the reign of the judges, there were great signs given unto the people, and wonders; And the words of the prophets began to be fulfilled;

Helaman 5:139 And thus ended the ninetieth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi.

3 Nephi 1:Intro The Son of Nephi Which was the Son of Helaman And Helaman was the son of Helaman, which was the son of Alma which was the son of Alma, Being a descendant of Nephi which was the son of Lehi, which came out of Jerusalem in the first year of the reign of Zedekiah, the king of Judah.

Ether 3:34 And he began to reign, And the people began to prosper, And they became exceeding rich.

Ether 3:47 And now because of the thing which Shule had done, his father bestowed upon him the kingdom; Therefore, he began to reign in the stead of his father.

Ether 3:57 Nevertheless, they did not gain power anymore over Shule the king; And the people which were under the reign of Shule the king did prosper exceedingly and wax great;

Ether 4:18 And the Lord began again to take the curse from off the land, And the house of Emer did prosper exceedingly under the reign of Emer;

Ether 4:23 And Emer did execute judgment in righteousness all his days, And he begat many sons and daughters; And he begat Coriantum, And he anointed Coriantum to reign in his stead;

Ether 4:24 And after that he had anointed Coriantum to reign in his stead, he lived four years and he saw peace in the land, Yea, and he even saw the Son of Righteousness and did rejoice and glory in His day; And he died in peace.

Ether 4:31 And it came to pass that he did dethrone his father, For he slew him with his own sword; And he did reign in his stead.
