2 Nephi 1:12 And if it so be that they shall serve Him according to the commandments which He hath given, it shall be a land of liberty unto them;

Mosiah 9:174 Now they would have gladly joined with them, For they themselves had entered into a covenant with God to serve Him and keep His commandments;
