Luke 14:29 For which of you intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have money to finish his work?

DC 107:13d and ye shall build it on the place where you have contemplated building it; for that is the spot which I have chosen for you to build it.

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."
DC 123:4 Resolved that we look with favor upon the effort to build a college at Lamoni, to be controlled by the church.
