DC 107:46c and a commandment I give unto you that you should fill all these offices and approve of those names which I have mentioned, or else
disapprove of them, at my General Conference, and that ye should prepare rooms for all these offices in my house when you build it unto my name, saith the Lord your God. Even so. Amen.
