Ecclesiastes 2:15 Then said I in my heart, As it
happeneth to the fool, so it
happeneth even to me; and why was I then more wise? Then I said in my heart, that this also is vanity.
Ecclesiastes 8:14 There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there be just men, unto whom it
happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there be wicked men, to whom it
happeneth according to the work of the righteous; I said that this also is vanity.
Ecclesiastes 9:11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance
happeneth to them all.
