DC 47:1b Again, verily I say unto you, that he can also lift up his voice in meetings,
whenever it shall be expedient.
DC 99:5a Voted: that
whenever any vacancy shall occur by the death, removal from office for transgression, or removal from the bounds of this church government, of any of the above-named councilors,
DC 99:7 Whenever a high council of the church of Christ is regularly organized, according to the foregoing pattern, it shall be the duty of the twelve councilors to cast lots by numbers, and thereby ascertain who, of the twelve, shall speak first, commencing with number 1; and so in succession to number 12.
DC 99:8a Whenever this council convenes to act upon any case, the twelve councilors shall consider whether it is a difficult one or not; if it is not, two only of the councilors shall speak upon it, according to the form above written.
DC 110:9a It may seem to some to be a very bold doctrine that we talk of--a power which records or binds on earth and binds in heaven; nevertheless, in all ages of the world,
whenever the Lord has given a dispensation of the priesthood to any man by actual revelation, or any set of men, this power has always been given.
DC 144:1 As I am about to go overseas and realize the usual hazards of travel, and being ever conscious of the uncertainties of life and the certainty of death, and in order that my demise, whether soon or longer postponed, may not cause confusion, I hereby declare that in the event of my death,
whenever it shall occur, my brother, William Wallace Smith, should be selected to succeed me as president of the high priesthood of the church, this having been manifested to me by the Lord at the time he was chosen and set apart as an apostle and again when he was called to be a counselor and member of the Quorum of the First Presidency, at the General Conference of 1950.
