Cognate Accusative
Cognate Accusative is a Hebrew Poetic Writing Style where a word serves as both Noun and Verb in the same expression.
Lehi states, for instance, he 'dreamed a dream.' (1 Nephi 1:60)
The word dream is both noun (object) and verb (action).
Joseph Smith was accused of plagaerism as 'dreamed a dream' most famously exists in the biblical account of Joseph. (Genesis 37:5, Genesis 37:9, Genesis 40:5 and others)
But critics overlook hundreds of Cognate Accusative examples from the Book of Mormon, 'dreamed a dream' aside.
Many Cognate Accusative skillfully exist within the Book of Mormon.
